MHPSS and resilience-building program/project planning

Our extended experience is reflected in our guidance to organizations in developing impactful and sustainable mental health and resilience-building programs/projects to address with efficacy and efficiency the needs of communities and contribute to positive mental health outcomes.

We work in close collaboration with organization’s teams to assess the specific mental health needs or issues of target populations. This involves understanding the prevalence of mental health issues, determining the challenges faced by the community, and identifying gaps in services.

Based on tailored community assessments, our support to design comprehensive mental health and resilience-building interventions leads to addressing the root causes of individual and collective distress as well as community life disruptions.

We place the community at the center of the interventions strategy; this community-oriented approach ensures that interventions are responsive, empowering, and sustainable, fostering a culture of well-being and support within the community.

Our support in this field especially considers the long-term impact and sustainability of interventions beyond the project's duration. Thus, we foresee the integration of capacity building, community engagement, and fostering support networks that can continue to nurture positive mental health outcomes once the project ends.
